Bootcamp Pricing 2022


Panthro bootcamps are currently capped out at 10 people. Coaches will take clients through a slight warm up, catering it towards the exercise focus that day. Classes rotate between the six main functional movements: deadlift, squat, bench press, overhead press, pull-ups, and horizontal pull. These classes are suited for any level but looking for a little extra accountability and push from their coaches. Each class is 60 minutes.
