Semi-Private Pricing 2020


Panthro semi-privates are smaller classes (2-4 people) following the Panthro schedule. Coaches will take clients through an extended warm up before starting the workout. Classes rotate between the six main functional movements: deadlift, squat, bench press, overhead press, pull-ups, and horizontal pull. These classes are suited for people wanting a more focused, personalized workout while getting a variety of different workouts and last a total of 60 minutes.
