Kick-off meeting-Here we get to know you, what you like/dislike, your training history and answer any other questions and concerns. We will also develop or goals and tracking system based on what we discuss.
We will design your first month of training and nutrition. We will incorporate any sports or activities in which you currently participate.
Get daily feedback on form, motivation and key things to remember.
At the end of the 4 weeks we will schedule a live 1 on 1 goal calibration and progression session to review your results from the previous month(s) and create new challenges when necessary!
